Out of Egypt Food Pantry

The Out of Egypt Food Pantry is one of the most visible demonstrations of Gods constant provision in our lives and in the lives of many through our community. He has graciously provided the resources to commit to and expand the much needed community outreach through the handing out of food, both spiritually and physically.

Who We Are

Out of Egypt Food Pantry opened its doors for ministry in october of 2006, and operates under the umbrella of the Fallon Church of the Nazarene. Partnered with The Food Bank  Northern Nevada, Reno Sparks Gospel mission and many other gracious businesses we distribute food and other miscellaneous items from our Church located at 1520 Grimes St. We are always open to anyone with a need; We put no restrictions on income requirements neither do you need a referral to participate. Come and  see what our God is doing! Luke 24:5-6
"Why do you seek the living among the dead? 6 He is not here, but is risen!
NKJV

 Who We Serve

Since its Beginning Out Of Egypt has served families from Carson City to Wadsworth to Gabbs. Based here in Fallon God has used the opportunity for ministry to reach out to all of Northern Nevada. We started out as a humble Response to Gods prompting being open 4 days a week serving on average anywhere from 30 to 40 families per week. The growth since 2006 has been tremendous. Now open once a week on thursdays we serve anywhere from 300 to 400 families per week with statistics totaling over 4100 people per month receiving food, both spiritual and physical. The people we serve with our emergency food program come from very diverse backgrounds, most live beneath a poverty line that seems to be ever widening.

Mark 9:35-36And He sat down, called the twelve, and said to them, "If anyone desires to be first, he shall be last of all and servant of all." NKJV
